Production and Dispatch Time Because Gizem Kış evening dresses are sewn specifically for your order, your order is put into production after payment confirmation. The preparation time is 1-9 business days depending on the model and the amount of embellishment work. During busy seasons (wedding season, before religious holidays) this period may be longer; in that case you will be informed at order confirmation. If you have a specific event date, please state it as a note on your order or write to us; let us plan the delivery date together.
Shipping Carrier and Fee Shipments throughout Turkey are made with our contracted shipping carriers. The shipping fee is shown at the payment step. [Shipping is free for orders above a certain amount: ... TL] (optional, you may remove this).
Delivery Time After the product is handed over to the carrier, delivery generally takes 1-3 business days depending on your province. When it is shipped, the tracking number is sent to you by e-mail and/or SMS.
International Shipping International shipping is possible; the shipping fee and delivery time vary by country. Before ordering, please request a quote at or via WhatsApp. Customs duties and import charges are the responsibility of the recipient.
Delivery Address The address you provide when ordering must be correct and complete. The re-shipping fee for shipments returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address is the responsibility of the recipient.
Damaged Package Check your package when receiving it; do not accept crushed, torn or opened packages without having the courier draw up a damage report, and notify us on the same day.
Store Pickup You can pick up your order free of charge from our store in İzmir (1326 Sok. No: 20 Kat 1 Daire 104 Aksaz Çarşısı, Çankaya); select the "store pickup" option on your order or let us know.
