As Gizem Kış Tekstil ("Gizem Kış" or the "Data Controller"), we would like to inform you about the processing of your personal data in accordance with the Turkish Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 ("KVKK").

3. Purposes of Processing
- Receiving, producing, delivering and invoicing orders
- Carrying out customer service and communication processes
- Fulfilling legal obligations (tax, consumer legislation, distance sales)
- Sending campaigns and newsletters, subject to your explicit consent
- Ensuring the security and performance of the website
4. Legal Grounds
Your personal data is processed on the legal grounds set out in Article 5 of the KVKK: the establishment and performance of a contract, fulfilment of a legal obligation, legitimate interest and, where required, explicit consent.
5. Transfers
Your personal data may be transferred, limited to the relevant purpose, to courier companies for delivery, to banks and payment institutions for payment processing, to Shopify for e-commerce infrastructure, to our accounting and legal advisors, and to authorised public institutions upon lawful request. Due to the Shopify infrastructure, your data may be processed on servers located abroad.
6. Method of Collection
Your personal data is collected electronically or physically through channels such as our website, order forms, WhatsApp, telephone and email.
7. Your Rights
Under Article 11 of the KVKK, you have the right to: learn whether your personal data is being processed; request information if it has been processed; learn the purpose of processing and whether it is used in accordance with that purpose; know the third parties to whom it has been transferred; request correction if it is incomplete or inaccurate; request its deletion or destruction; object to any outcome against you arising from analysis by automated systems; and claim compensation if you suffer damage.
