Shipping and Delivery

Your order is prepared once payment is confirmed. Because Gizem Kış evening dresses are made to order, the preparation time may take 1-9 business days depending on the model. When your product is shipped, a tracking number will be sent to you by email.

We ship throughout Turkey with our partner courier companies. Delivery usually takes 1-3 business days after dispatch, depending on your province. For international shipping, please contact us before placing your order.

Delivery Address

The address details you provide when ordering must be accurate and complete. Any additional shipping charges arising from shipments that cannot be delivered due to an incorrect address shall be borne by the buyer.

Damaged Deliveries

Please inspect your package upon delivery. Do not accept damaged or opened packages without having the courier draw up a damage report, and notify us the same day.

Returns and Exchanges

As our evening dresses are made to order, pursuant to the Turkish Consumer Protection Law No. 6502 and Article 15 of the Regulation on Distance Contracts, the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised for products prepared in line with the consumer's wishes or personal needs, and returns are not accepted.

For products with manufacturing defects, the product will be repaired or replaced free of charge if you contact us within 3 days of delivery.
