By using the services on the Site, the person using the Site (the "User") is deemed to have accepted that they have the right, authority and legal capacity to enter into a contract under the laws to which they are subject, that they are over 18 years of age, and that they have read and understood this agreement and are bound by the terms set out herein.

This agreement imposes rights and obligations on the parties with respect to the Site, and the parties declare that they will fulfil these rights and obligations completely, accurately and in a timely manner.

1. Responsibilities

a. The Company reserves the right to change prices and the products and services offered at any time.

b. The Company agrees and undertakes that the member will be able to benefit from the services subject to this agreement, except in the event of technical faults.

c. The User agrees in advance not to reverse engineer the Site or take any action aimed at finding or obtaining its source code; otherwise, the User shall be liable for any damages arising vis-à-vis third parties and shall be subject to legal and criminal proceedings.

d. The User agrees not to produce or share content in their activities on the Site that is contrary to public morals and decency, unlawful, infringes the rights of third parties, is misleading, offensive, obscene, violates personal rights, infringes copyright or encourages illegal activities. Otherwise, the User shall be solely responsible for any resulting damage; the Site's administrators may suspend or terminate such accounts and reserve the right to initiate legal proceedings.

e. Relationships between the Site's members, or between members and third parties, are their own responsibility.

2. Intellectual Property Rights

2.1. All registered or unregistered intellectual property rights on the Site, such as titles, business names, trademarks, patents, logos, designs, information and methods, belong to the company that operates and owns the Site or to the relevant party indicated, and are protected under national and international law. Visiting the Site or using its services does not confer any rights in respect of this intellectual property.

2.2. The information on the Site may not be reproduced, published, copied, presented and/or transmitted in any way. All or part of the Site may not be used on another website without permission.

3. Confidential Information

3.1. The Company will not disclose to third parties the personal information submitted by users through the Site. 3.3. Confidential Information may be disclosed to official authorities only when duly requested by such authorities and where required under applicable legislation.

4. No Warranty

This article applies to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law. The services provided by the Company are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis; no warranties of any kind, express or implied, are given, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose or non-infringement.

5. Registration and Security

The User is obliged to provide accurate, complete and up-to-date registration information. Otherwise, this agreement shall be deemed breached and the account may be closed without notice.

The User is responsible for the security of their passwords and accounts on the Site and on third-party sites. The Company cannot be held liable for any data loss, security breaches or damage to hardware and devices that may otherwise occur.
